Is it really $97/month with no setup fee?
Yes. The monthly rate covers design, build, hosting, and the lead-capture form. We keep it simple on purpose — one flat rate, cancel anytime.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Absolutely — that's the most common situation. We'll build the new site, you review it, and when you're happy we point your domain at it. Your old site stays live until the new one is ready, so there's zero downtime.
Do you only work with Colorado businesses?
No — we're based in Brighton, Colorado, and we build for businesses anywhere in the US. Everything happens by phone, text, and email, on your schedule.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Month to month, cancel anytime. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into anything.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain name is yours, always. We just make it work harder for you.
What counts as a "monthly update"?
Every month you can request a basic update — new photos, price or hours changes, a fresh testimonial, a seasonal banner — and behind the scenes we re-audit and re-tune your site against current Google and AI standards whether you ask or not. Is your work accessible (ADA-friendly)?
Yes — every site we build is designed to be usable by everyone, including visually impaired visitors (screen-reader-friendly structure, readable contrast, described images). It's the right thing to do, it helps your Google ranking, and it matters legally: thousands of website-accessibility lawsuits are filed against businesses every year, most of them targeting small companies, with settlements that typically run five figures.
